The Council on Aging of Kent County is individuals, groups and agencies who, through networking and education, strive to provide the best for those we serve. Membership is open to any organization or individual interested in and subscribing to our purpose. To promote community awareness and understanding of the aging process and older people.

To identify unmet needs of older people and influence planning to respond to those needs.
