Angela Essick Dykes LPC will be leading us in Laughter Yoga! This is not your typical yoga class. Expect to stretch your laugh muscles. Laughter Yoga is a unique concept based on the principle of “acting happiness” – tell your body what to do and your mind will follow.

We will also hear from Senior Sing A-long, whose mission is revitalizing the minds and spirits of people in long-term care communities using music and other live arts. The nonprofit is an important part of a paradigm shift in care for West Michigan seniors a key partner in the movement away from simple caregiving toward providing an enriched living experience for all seniors, especially those with dementia.
